In search of the American Dream, my Great, Great Grandfather and his family immigrated to Tampa in 1904 from the small village of Santo Stefano, Sicily. Working as a cigar roller in Ybor City, he eventually saved enough to buy a plot of land and a few cows to start a dairy. The dairy grew and expanded exponentially and by the 1950s, it was one of the largest dairy farms in the Southeastern United States.
From the entrepreneurial spirit of his father, my Great Grandfather, Salvatore, and my Grandfather, Julius began buying and leasing residential, retail and commercial properties in 1953. My Father, Vincent, took over the family business in the mid-1970s, and the rest is history.
Since our establishment, we’ve made it a point to treat the entire business as an extension of our family. The properties, whether for home or office, retail or industrial, are bought, maintained and managed with the same love and care that we would our own home.
The majority of our residential properties can be found in and around the Beach Park, Davis Islands and SoHo communities of South Tampa. Since we live, work and play in these areas, we know that the culture is rich, the entertainment is abundant and the communities are thriving.
